Ali Shan High Mountain

Ali Shan is one of the most famous and beloved tourist areas in Taiwan. It is rich in scenic beauty and features fresh air and clear mountain passes. The narrow gauge railway built by the Japanese is famous throughout the world! This same mountain produces some incredible oolong tea; our Ali Shan Mountain is a premium example of just that! Our hand-picked, hand-processed Ali Shan oolong has a deep jade color, and deep floral aroma, some of the stems have been left on which adds an even deeper aroma and flavor. It has been lightly roasted, which keeps the aroma dark. 

Once steeped, the infusion has a light buttery taste, sweet, and rich mouthfeel, with wonderful deep, dark, and lasting floral properties.
